Terry Henderson
Founder & President
Work Experience: 14 years major ag chemical company - sales, marketing and government & public affairs, 24 years Achieva
Education: BS Oklahoma State University
Personal: Terry and wife Beth have two grown children Oliver 28 who is an executive liaison for Gaylor Electric and Amelia 26 a weather anchor for WCIA a CBS TV affiliate in Champaign, IL. Following 14 years with a major ag chemical company Terry and Beth co-founded Achieva in 1997.
Hobbies: Water sports, golf, college and pro sports fan.
Beth Henderson
CFO & Co-Owner
Education: Undergrad Iowa State University and completed her nursing degree at Beth-El College of Nursing/University of Colorado in Colorado Springs graduating as Registered Nurse 1985.
Personal: Beth enjoys living on the farm and working with her animals. She enjoys driving and riding her Belgian Draft horses as well as driving and raising her miniature horses. She has many other animals on the farm that keep her busy and she loves sharing her love of animals with others.
Keith Kohlmann

Hometown: McLean county, Illinois
Education: Bachelor Degree in business from Western Illinois University
Personal: Keith Kohlmann grew up on a family-operated farm in McLean county Illinois. With over 32 years of experience, Keith has witnessed the enormous growth in changes in Midwest production agriculture.
Hobbies: Boating, enjoying time on the family farm, and hunting

Education: Ball State University
Personal: I’ve been working in agriculture since 2008, managing seed companies and developing sales training programs. I grew up on a small hobby farm in Indiana. I am the tiniest bit of a bird geek, never leave home without my Nikon, and love to take spontaneous trips with absolutely no agenda.

Paul Marlow
Artistic Strategist
Hometown: Center Point, Iowa
Education: BFA, University of Northern Iowa
Personal: Paul is an award-winning art director, photographer, videographer and artist. He has worked over 30 years in marketing and design for such clients as Deere & Company, Rockwell Collins and Dow-Elanco. He likes downhill skiing, road biking with his wife Theresa and painting—this summer, Paul won 1st prizes in both oil and acrylic painting at the 2020 Iowa State Fair.
